Seasonal eating is eating only fruits and vegetables that are only available in their particular season according to the area you are living in. for example oranges come in winter, mangoes in summer, watermelon in summer, and so on. In other words, it is eating naturally as the person is eating fruits and vegetables grown naturally under normal circumstances.
