5. Cayenne

This spice is a type of chili pepper. Cayenne is commonly used in Asia, and Mexican cuisines. It contains a chemical called capsaicin which gives it it’s spicy properties and also provide pain relief to people who consume it. This chemical reduces the pain signals sent to your brain which means a person registers lesser pain. It can help relieve pain caused by diabetes-related nerve damage and arthritis. This is such a stronh spice that if applied directly on joints and muscles, it can relieve the pain.
