- Carrot spinach ginger juice
For this juice, you will need 4 carrots, a handful of spinach and a thumb-sized chuck of ginger. Begin with juicing the carrots then add the ginger and lastly the spinach. All these vegetables are rich in nutrients. Ginger is rich in antioxidants and carrots are great sources of vitamin A.
- Spinach mango banana juice
You will need a handful of spinach, cold water, a large peeled and sliced mango and a large peeled and frozen banana for this juice. Begin by blending the spinach and water until they are frothy before adding the mango and banana. Bananas are rich in prebiotics which are necessary in maintaining gut health and the detoxification system.
- Green lemonade
